When it comes to famous movie cars, some stand out more than others. From James Bond\’s sleek Aston Martin to the iconic DeLorean in Back to the Future, these vehicles have become synonymous with their respective films. Every Back to the Future or film fan knows the DeLorean Time Machine. It is arguably one the most iconic cars in film history ever.

Here are some of the most iconic movie cars of all time. All the film\’s high-speed chase scenes through the streets solidified the car\’s place in cinema history and even inspired lots of special editions in honor of the films.

One classic is the Batmobile from the Batman franchise. The sleek and menacing design has evolved over the years, but the car remains a fan favorite. Batman first appearence in comics was in May of 1939 but the first Batmobile did not materialise for another two years after.

For fans of the Fast and Furious franchise, the 1970 Dodge Charger R/T driven by Vin Diesel\’s character, Dominic Toretto, is sure to be a favorite. The car\’s incredible power and speed have made it a staple in the series.

Another iconic car featured in the furious movies is the orange Toyota Supra from 2 Fast 2 Furious. The car\’s sleek design and impressive speed made it a fan favorite, and it continues to be a popular choice among car enthusiasts. A Orange Toyota Supra that starred in The Fast and the Furious has been recently sold at auction for a massive $550,000.

Mad Max featured a variety of cars and trucks, but none were more iconic than the \”Interceptor\”, also know as \”Pursuit Special\” is a 1973 Ford Falcon XB GT Coupe. Its aggressive and rugged design made it the perfect car for the post-apocalyptic world of the film. The car was modified to become a police interceptor by the Australian Federal Police special task force. It also made an appearance in Mad Max: Fury Road and was later modied into an off-road metal version which was called the Razor Cola.

Finally, the Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters is another famous movie car that has become a cultural icon. The car\’s unique design and ghost-busting equipment made it a standout in the film.
